Monica Wilburn received Bachelor of Arts Degrees in both Political Science and Sociology from the University of California, at Riverside, in 1995. In 2002, she earned the Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University of Law, located in Los Angeles, California.
Ms. Wilburn has successfully litigated numerous workers’ compensation cases. In addition, she participated in litigating both civil and criminal cases at all levels, including the Court of Appeals and the California Supreme Court.
Ms. Wilburn’s work experience includes legal advisor and counselor for a domestic violence shelter, The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, The Law Offices of Hayford and Felchlin, and The Law Offices of Bagby, Gajdos and Zachary.
A member of the Georgia and California State Bar Associations, Ms Wilburn handles family law, criminal law, and personal injury cases, specializing in Workers’ Compensation and Social Security law. |
